Shipping Policy

Orders with standard shipping will usually be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends and holidays, which may delay your order. Other variables out of our control, including inclement weather, may have an impact on shipping times.

You will receive an email containing shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folders. If you cannot locate the email, send us an email to sales@freebirdandcompany.com and we will provide you with the shipping information for your order.

If your order has different billing and shipping addresses we will reach out to you to confirm your order. We do this in an effort to minimize fraud, and to confirm the shipping address. We employ an address verification service in partnership with the USPS to automatically verify all addresses. If our automated systems cannot verify your shipping address, we will contact you to verify your shipping address. Both of these situations may delay the processing and shipping times for your order if we cannot reach you prior to shipping your order.

Please advise if you need your order by a certain date, contact us BEFORE your order is placed to make arrangements.

Standard Shipping

Orders shipped via standard shipping will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, and will be received within 3-7 business days. 

Expedited Shipping

Orders shipped Expedited will be processed within 1-2 Business Days. We offer expedited shipping for all orders in the United States, you may select the option to pay higher shipping at checkout to have your order expedited. Once the item is shipped you should expect to receive your item within 2-3 business days with expedited shipping. Please note the shipping time is estimated after your order has shipped out of our warehouse, not from the time the order is placed.

Although we provide estimates of the number of days your order will take to arrive, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive within those quoted timeframes. We do not ship on weekends and holidays, which may delay the processing and shipment of your order. Shipping & handling delays, although infrequent, may delay your order. If you would like other shipping options, please contact us prior to ordering. We can provide overnight, next day, and other expedited shipping options upon request.

Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.

Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs to the payment form used at purchase.

If the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.

              RETURN POLICY

How to Return or Exchange an Item Purchased Online:

You may return your purchase to our Warehouse within 7 days of your purchase for an exchange or store credit. The Shipping Fees to return are at your expense. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with tags attached. Purchase verification is required on all returns or exchanges.  We will not exchange or refund jewelry, under garments, leggings, hair accessories, as-is, clearance, or final sale items.

Please follow the directions below:

1. Visit our RETURN PORTAL, and follow the directions. 

2. You will be sent an email with return instructions after your return has been requested.

3. Once we receive your return we will process your items as fast as possible, total time to process and add store credit to your account is typically within 10 business days. You will receive an email notification when your return has completed processing.

4. Returns will be given STORE CREDIT and will be applied to your FREE account with FREEBIRD & Co.

All returned items must be back to our store within 14 business days of the customer receiving the order. Anything received to our warehouse after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will need to call to pay for it to be shipped back to you. If the denied return is not claimed within 7 days, it will be donated to charity. All Returnable items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not issue refunds. We do not cover any shipping cost, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

In-Store Returns 

You may bring your in-store purchase back to any one of our retail locations within 7 days of your purchase for an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with tags attached. Purchase verification is required on all returns or exchanges.  We will not exchange or refund jewelry, under garments, leggings, hair accessories, as-is, clearance, or final sale items. 

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges, because we cannot guarantee your size will be in stock by the time you return it to us. We will do our best to exchange the item for you. If we cannot exchange, you will receive a STORE CREDIT.

Non-Returnable Items

There are certain items that cannot be accepted, the following are non-returnable:

  • Clearance Items

  • Final Sale Items such as, Hair accessories/hats/beanies, swimwear, undergarments, socks, jewelry and eyewear. Due to hygienic purposes, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS on these items. Product details will state if an item is final sale.

  • Items returned that are over the 14 business days allotted.

Store Credit

We only offer store credit, no refunds. 

 

Damaged Items

If you believe you have received a damaged item, you have 7 days (including weekends) to contact us about the damage. DO NOT send it back. Email:

 with pictures and a description of the damage. Be sure to include your information or a picture of your invoice as well for quicker processing. 

Steps to Return Damaged Items

  • Make sure all of the items you are returning follow the guidelines of our return policy.

  • Make sure to create a customer account.

  • Login to the RETURN PORTAL and begin the return.
  • Ship back using whichever shipping method you prefer, since you will be covering the shipping costs. (we do not cover shipping costs)

  • Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.
