EXCHANGES FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY

  • We have a 7-Day exchange for store credit policy, which means you have 7 days after your order is delivered to request a store credit.

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Some items such as Custom Orders, Hats, Jewelry, Lingerie (including Bralettes), Clearance Items, Gift Cards and Bath & Body are final sale.

Please note 'you' the customer, are responsible for return shipping and returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Digital Gift Card with your store credit that can be used online or in store. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns that do not follow the policy guidelines to qualify for a Store Credit will be declined and a return shipping invoice will be emailed to you. It will be 'your' the customers, responsibility to pay for shipment back to you. Once the invoice is paid, we will return the product to you. We allow 14 days for the invoice to be paid or the product will be donated.

  • Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Clearance items, Lingerie (including Bralettes), Bath & Body, Jewelry, Hats and gift cards are final sale.
